• We accept orders for all UK books in print.


• As a leading national supplier to schools we can deliver all books from pre-school to post-16 level.


• Our value-added products have their own discount scale.


• Books are supplied firm sale only.


• We accept returns for damaged or imperfect books provided we are notified within 7 days of receipt.


• Credit payment period is 30 days.


• Our Customer Services Team is available from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and our specialist staff are happy to help with further guidance and advice on all aspects of our terms and services to schools.
